Introduction 1. Mind Techs & Trends.

Let us introduce the World Heritage Institute. 

We are the group of Russian scientists that are discovering the artifacts of past earth civilizations as well as the heritage and technologies of Extraterrestrial Organizations.

The huge amount of information and technologies was already gathered and is being implemented by Russian laboratories. But mainly it is still kept in secret for English speaking world.

Let me start sharing some of our research cause I found it to be extremely important not just for the specific groups of interests, but for humanity in general!

1. PREFACE.

It is the well known facts, that Hitler's Germany established and highly financed special institutes, that were responsible for gathering artifacts and technologies of the past civilizations worldwide.

One of these institutes was called Ahnenerbe. It was aimed to uncover the heritage on ancestors - highly developed past civilizations, remains that can be found in Himalayah, Egypt, Assiriya.

German secret services believed that technologies of past civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria) were caused by the influence of extraterrestrial civilizations.

So they trained the special group of mediums to reveal Scandinavian runic technologies,  etc., and to create the connection to extraterrestrial civilizations to search for the advanced technologies.

Nazi laboratories used to have certain achievements in both technical sphere and mind activation psycho-technologies.

Even german secret service  uniform, rings and armor were based on the implementation of the runic mind activation principles.

And after the World War 2, their researches were taken by USA and USSR. 

2. INVESTIGATIONS.

Both in USA and USSR the investigations in the field of technologies of past and extraterrestrial civilizations were kept in high secret and were highly financed.

There were 3 lines of research:

#1. Local. Dealing with UFO encounters that happen from time to time nowadays. They usually have short and limited contact.

#2. Global. This research of the technologies that were left by extraterrestrial civilizations long ago. Research of the magic artifacts and traditions.

#3. Parapsychology skills development. Extrasensual mental engancement technologies and trainings were raised to upgrade the potentials of secret service agents. Any international meetings happened only with the assistance of these parapsychology specialists.

But after the demolishing of the Soviet Union, due to lack of financing, some of these researches started coming out to the public.

3. MODERN DAY INVESTIGATIONS.

In the 20^th  century the main focus of research was in collecting the artifacts of past civilizations: Egyptian civilization, Scandinavian Runic magic, Syberian Shamanic Tradition Kabbalah, etc.

Another focus is to prepare mages and mediums to be able to get into the ancient traditions and to find the connections with the extraterrestrial encounters.

But in the past 20 years – an enormous Breakthrough happened!

In the 21^st  century mental enhancement technologies went beyond the classical parapsychology and they merged with the UFO heritage research.

4. PRESENT DAY SCHOOLS.

20 years ago the group of well-prepared mages started to uncover the principles of the Technologies of Atlantis.

Atlantis was the ancient highly developed civilization that was in close connection with extraterrestrial civilizations.

The intensified study of Scandinavian Runic Tradition and Kabbalah Sephirothic Tarot Tradition managed to turn Runes and Tarot technologies not just as the forecasting techniques, but to powerful present day psychic weapons!

It is still officially kept in secret, but the number of people that are involved in studying and practicing it is increasing dramatically these days.

And, by the way, the effect of increasing some international tensions worldwide is the result of applying of some of these technologies.

Russian research institutes discovered recently that there are "mental computers" existing on our Planet that were brought by extraterrestrial civilizations to control consciousness and evolution of humanity.

The access to this 'mental computer' is very limited. But the group of researchers are developing methods to take advantage of this technology.

Nowadays the process of preparing mediums that are able to deal with this mental computer' is growing dramatically!

The heritage study showed that the attempts to study and use technologies of extraterrestrial civilizations happened both in Ancient Egypt, Ancient India, Middle East and these efforts are popping up in Russian speaking countries nowadays.

As the high efficiency of these technologies to influence people’s minds and nations is proven, the number of people studying it, and number of well-prepared specialists is growing. Therefore more and more mental technologies and research appeared recently.

Nowadays we are at the edge of the psychic revolution. The only question that remains is whether these technologies will be to the benefit of humanity or will it ruin it shortly.

5. IMPLEMENTATION

Due to the lack of control of these researches through the government bodies, the number of private schools has appeared throughout the last 20 years in Russian speaking countries, sharing this methodologies.

Due to establishing connection with some artifacts and technologies of extraterrestrial civilizations it is getting possible to strengthen mind abilities of the group to perform both healing and military intervention.

Mind magic technologies were the physics of highly developed civilizations. They were used to speed up personal development and professional efficiency of high ranked managers, military officials, scientists, doctors etc.

Lots of outstanding mind technologies were conducted by the extraterrestrial and past earth civilizations to upgrade human potentials.

1. One of the most important tasks in personal development was to activate subconscious wisdom of the personality. It was performed in the majority of shamanic cultures by the ritual through death/fear. This ritual could be performed to upgrade psychic abilities.

2. Some mind computers of extraterrestrial civilizations used to work as the "lighthouse in Universe", pulsing out the basic information of the universe, human health and mind evolution. Being able to tune into and synchronize with these computers also increases personal health and efficiency.

3. Runic System appeared to be the system of plugging into these mental computers to perform necessary activities: destruction, energy upgrade, mental enhancement or healing activities.

4. Tarot system appeared to be the Key to another mental computer that activates necessary planet energy channels in order to destroy, heal or strengthen necessary structures (human body, mind, as well as groups, companies, nations).

All you need to do is to study the access keys and to train your mind to be able to perform this kind of activity.

The technologies of how to gain advantage of the mental computers of extraterrestrial civilizations are getting the enormous attention in Russian speaking countries. Now it is the number one trend in investigations and implementation of these phenomena. 

6. CONCLUSION

Unfortunately these technologies still remain mostly hidden from the English speaking world.

The topics that sounds to be mystic, legends or fairytales were studied in Russian counties were studied and became proven technology.

Being excited about the results in health issues, increasing personal attractiveness, releasing stresses and upgrading mind I would be happy to share with you more details and examples.

This improves the student’s access to the mental enhancement techniques of the past civilizations and links to the extraterrestrial civilizations, that through ages overlook and give the necessary support to the humanity of the Earth in their critical point.
